Axiom is seeking a senior corporate lawyer at Special Counsel level to provide pragmatic legal and governance support across a global business. The role involves APAC/ANZ financing, corporate paperwork and intercompany arrangements, with exposure to ASX- and NASDAQ-listed settings.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. You'll independently manage a diverse portfolio, advise across Australia, the US, Singapore and Europe, and
