TheirCare is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a before/after school care and holiday program at a local service in Victoria. You will design engaging programs for children aged 5–12, build relationships within the school community, and mentor staff to grow their skills in the OSHC sector.

The role also requires overseeing compliance and administrative duties to ensure smooth service operation, with hours from 7:00–9:00am and 2:15–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus weekly admin time.
