We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role , ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and is passionate about maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

We are seeking:
Full time
Working Roster : Monday to Friday from 7:00AM - 3:00PM
Paid in accordance with the Cleaning Award.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
Operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, buffers) safely and effectively.
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of cleaners.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
Manage team schedules and allocate daily tasks.
Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Respond promptly to issues and customer concerns.
Uphold and enforce workplace health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For




Prior experience in a cleaning supervisor or team leader role.
Robust leadership and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
A strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.

Mandatory Requirements
Recent Police Check (within the last 3 months)
Valid proof of right to work in Australia
Ability to operate cleaning machinery
