THE ROLE:
Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant communications
Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor management
Lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management




Processing tenancy documentation and compliance requirementsManaging vacates and lease administration
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Delivering exceptional customer service across the portfolio

ABOUT YOU:
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
Previous experience in Property Management, Property Management Administration, Leasing, or as an Assistant Property Manager
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisation and time management
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to build solid relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
