As a Supervisor - Conveyor Pulleys & Magnetic Separators at Camco, you’ll play a crucial part in leading a team of highly skilled Mechanical Fitters and Trade Assistants workshop in Canning Vale.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Australian recognised trade qualification - Mechanical Fitter
Proven experience in Fixed Plant maintenance (minimum 5 years post trade)
Proven experience in a supervisory role (minimum 12 months)
Ability to work both day and night shifts, depending on service requirements
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Suite
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Review, as required,
progress of jobs against estimated labour and material requirements
Collaborate with project managers to deliver job scopes
Provide guidance to team members, monitor performance, and address challenges proactivelyMentor employees, including apprentices while promoting a culture of safety and excellence
Participate in interviewing new personnel and building a high-performing workshop team
Coordinate inspections and testing with N.D.T. personnel where applicable, to organise required inspections and tests
Comply with QA/QC procedures and maintain production documents
Maintain production documents and ensure manufacturing meets engineering specifications
Lead by example to meet company and statutory safety requirements at all times
