Instant Security Alarms Pty Ltd is located in Brisbane Western Suburbs. We install, service and monitor security systems for commercial and private properties, and we are the largest privately owned Grade A1 Control Room in Queensland.

We are looking for a Control Room Operator to join our energetic team, working in our 24-hour Alarm Monitoring Centre.

Six months or more of security monitoring or control room experience is preferred for this role.

The Position: Control Room Operator

Duties & Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring & Actioning Alarm System Signals (Residential & Commercial)
Monitoring & Actioning Hold Up / Medical / Personal Safety Alarms




Providing General Troubleshooting & Technical Assistance
Dispatching Patrols

The Successful Applicant will require:
Ability to work in a team workplace
Computer literacy and ability
Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised
Security Licence is required (Class 1 Monitoring licence)
Class 1 Security Licence is specifically required for this position
National Police Check

This is a full time shift position, working a roster which includes working every second weekend.
