Senior Interior Designer | Brisbane CBD | $110K + Super

Flexible working arrangement | Client-side | Premium Multi-Residential | Direct to Managing Director

An exciting opportunity is available with a well-established and growing property developer known for delivering premium multi-residential projects across Brisbane. They are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their team, with the position available on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on preference .

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll take ownership of the interior design vision across projects from concept through to completion, working closely with development, sales, construction teams and external consultants.

About the Role
Lead the interior design vision across multiple premium residential developments.
Develop concepts and collaborate with architects and external design consultants.
Select finishes, FF&E;, custom joinery, furniture and materials.
Review drawings, shop drawings, renders and consultant documentation.
Coordinate suppliers, consultants and contractors throughout delivery.
Deliver display suites, sales environments and communal spaces.
Work closely with construction teams to maintain design intent on site.




Assist with project presentation, marketing collateral and styling.
Develop and maintain design standards and material libraries.

About You
Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
10+ years’ experience across premium residential or multi-residential projects.
Strong concept design and presentation skills.
Extensive experience with finishes, FF&E; and custom joinery.
Solid understanding of documentation, shop drawings and buildability.
Experience managing consultants, suppliers and contractors.
Commercial understanding of budgets and project delivery.
Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD experience highly regarded.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
