$80,000 - $95,000 a year

The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be the go-to person on the tools, the 2IC who keeps the team moving, the standards high, and the site running smoothly. You'll work across commercial fit out and refurbishment projects in live environments,



leading by example on safety and quality every day.
Supervise and allocate work across tradesmen and subcontractors
Oversee site inductions, maintain the site and report issues to Site Manager.
Lead WHSEQ on site: toolbox talks, inspections, permits and SWMS
Operate height access equipment and a wide range of power and hand tools
Use Procore and Hammertech to support site documentation
Be the face of Prime Build on site: qualified, reliable and client-ready

About You
5+ years in construction; carpentry trade qualification preferred
Experience in retail fit out or live environment works (supermarkets a bonus)
White Card essential; First Aid and Forklift Licence desirable
Confident with apps and tech: MS Office, Procore and Hammertech
A natural leader who takes pride in doing the job properly
Driver's licence and own transport required
Australian resident qualified to work in Australia
