We are seeking experienced Industrial Painters & Blasters to join our team in Melton.
The successful applicants will have solid experience in abrasive blasting, steel surface preparation, industrial painting, and protective coatings . This is a physically demanding role, so applicants must be physically fit, reliable, and capable of performing heavy manual work for extended periods .
Key Requirements
10+ years' industrial painting/blasting experience
Current Forklift Licence
Strong experience with steel surface preparation and abrasive blasting
Experience with airless spray equipment and industrial coating systems
Physically fit and capable of demanding manual work
Able to stand, bend, climb, lift, carry equipment, and work while wearing full PPE
Strong WHS awareness and commitment to safe work practicesGood attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Confined Space, Working at Heights, and Asbestos Awareness tickets highly regarded
Valid driver's licence desirable
Day and night shift availability
