Humanity Health Group is seeking an experienced Registered or Provisional Psychologist to support older Australians in aged care facilities and community settings across Penrith and Western Sydney. The role focuses on dementia, grief and loss, anxiety, and life transitions, with cooperative multidisciplinary support.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions while building robust relationships with families and care teams.
