Collarcare® is currently seeking Registered Nurses for hospital contracts across Recent South Wales. We have prospects across a wide range of specialisations and are looking for experienced RNs who are willing to travel for contract opportunities.

The role requires strong clinical skills, sound decision-making, adaptability and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital environment.

About the Role:
Provide high-quality nursing care in hospital settings
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and implement individualised care plans
Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
Respond effectively to emergencies and acute clinical situations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Adapt to different hospital environments, teams and clinical settings

Key Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 1 year of recent Australian hospital experience
Current National Police Check




Relevant mandatory competencies/trainings as requiredStrong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Willingness to travel for hospital contracts across NSW
