Georges Mediterranean is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to help lead our premium, high-volume kitchen at King Street Wharf in Sydney. Working with the Executive and Head Chefs, you’ll ensure service runs smoothly, quality and presentation stay first-class, and the brigade remains motivated.
You’ll mentor junior chefs, manage food cost and stock, contribute to seasonal menus, and uphold HACCP and WHS standards in a setting that rewards initiative and leadership as you progress toward Head Chef.
