About the role
As a Site Supervisor, you will manage multiple projects at one time. Common projects include but are not limited to, recent amenities, refurbishments of school blocks, park & shelter upgrades, pathways and undercover areas.
The successful candidate can be located anywhere from Northern Gold Coast /Logan area. All jobs will be South side of Brisbane including Logan Area.
Key Responsibilities for the role
Scheduling labour hire, trades and sub-contractors
Experience & knowledge of safety requirements on site and paper work
Understanding of the scope, budget and timeline of projects
Identify and manage defects
Attend client meetings
Conduct toolbox meetings & ore-starts as needed
Report daily on project progress via Procore
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word
Skills & experience
Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role or ready to step into a Site Supervisor Role
QBCC Site Supervisor License
Solid communication skills
Ability to manage and communicate effectively within a team
Experience using Procore Highly regarded
