We have a outstanding opportunity for an experienced Residential Production Estimator to join a large, established national building and development company.

This is a reliable environment with a strong pipeline of work and would ideally suit someone coming from a project or volume home building background who is confident completing full take-offs and production estimating .

What we're looking for
Estimating experience with a volume residential builder (80+ homes per year)
Strong production estimating and full take-off experience




Ability to tender and price work across different stages of construction
Good knowledge of SE Queensland trade rates, suppliers and subcontractors
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously while still contributing as part of an estimating team

The salary will be negotiated individually based on experience, with an indicative range of $90,000–$110,000 + super .
