The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while providing a high level of service to our landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
Monitoring rental arrears
Managing tenancy applications, ingoing and outgoing processes
Liaising with trades, landlords and tenants
Handling tenancy matters professionally and efficiently
Ensuring properties and tenancy documentation remain compliant
Working closely with the wider Property Management team

We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in residential Property Management
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicating with landlords and tenants
Professional, approachable and solution focused
Able to manage priorities in a busy setting
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable using modern Property Management technology
Committed to providing outstanding customer service
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence and a valid driver's licence will be required.
