New Graduate Occupational Therapist | Fantastic Support | Malvern

Our client is a purpose-driven NDIS organisation based in Malvern with a reputation for being exceptionally supportive and team-oriented. They are looking for a Current Graduate Occupational Therapist who is seeking a supportive environment. You’ll work with NDIS participants aged 9+ across a wide variety of presentations, ranging from physical disability and non-verbal communication needs. The role is primarily community-based, with some clinic and telehealth sessions depending on participant needs. You’ll be supported to explore your interests while gaining well-rounded experience early in your career.

Salary guide from $81,000 + super
6-month structured onboarding program for current grads
Internal supervision and day-to-day clinical support




5 paid PD days per year + $2,000 CPD allowance
Travel reimbursement paid per kilometre
Dedicated admin support (scheduling and coordination assistance)
Sustainable expectations: approx. 5 billable hours/day (structured ramp-up period)

Key requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA Registration
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
