About the Personal Care Worker -Traineeship
Work a minimum of3 shifts per week in an aged care setting over12 months
On the job learning
Gain anationally recognised Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) through TLC Learning
Secureongoing employment opportunities within TLC Aged Care homes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, hygiene, grooming and oral care
Assist with meals, mobility and daily living activities
Support lifestyle and wellbeing programs
Monitor, document and report changes in residents’ condition
Promote residents’ dignity, choice and independence
Follow Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control practices and TLC policies
