Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Salary: £29,500 | Full-Time | Discounted Childcare + Christmas Closure + Pension Scheme

What You'll Need
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting




Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
A warm, nurturing, and child-centred approach to education and care
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for helping children develop and thrive

Key Responsibilities
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive workplace for children to learn and grow
