Machine Operator : Eastern Creek

What's on Offer
$34 – $40 per hour + Super (depending on experience)
12-hour day shifts
5 days per week
Ongoing, full-time hours

Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
Conducting routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
Maintaining a safe and clean work workplace
Following production schedules and workplace procedures
Assisting with general production duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:




Previous experience operating machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain productivity throughout the day
A proactive and reliable work ethic
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Own reliable transport and ability to travel to Eastern Creek

Desirable
Forklift Licence
Manufacturing, packaging, food production, recycling, or industrial processing experience
Experience working in high-volume production environments
