Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service across ourbistro and bar areas, including our coffeeshop
Take orders and serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
Maintain clean and organised service areas
Process transactions accurately using POS systems
Work collaboratively with your team to create a welcoming and respectful environment
Uphold all health, safety, and RSA/RSG compliance standards
What You’ll Bring:
A positive,
can-do attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (essential)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced setting
Barista experience is a plus
RSA and RSG certifications (preferred, but can be obtained upon commencement)
