About the Role

We're seeking enthusiasticCasual Sales Assistants to join our team atVansfor our Holiday period! Join an energetic team passionate about footwear in rapid-paced, community-focused retail workplace.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll:
Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers

Skills and Experience
Full availability fromMid-November 2026toMid-February 2027- specifically weekends, late nights,Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.




Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
Thrives in a quick-paced, energetic team environment
Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
