About You

You are someone who:
Communicates warmly and professionally
Remains calm under pressure
Thinks ahead and solves problems proactively

To be considered for this role, you will have:
At least 12 months' experience as a GP Receptionist
Experience using Best Practice softwareExperience with Automed Systems and Tyro / EFTPOS
Sound knowledge of Medicare billing
Confidence with appointment triage and managing a busy front desk
A robust understanding of medical confidentiality and patient privacy
The ability to provide exceptional service while juggling competing priorities

Please note: This role is for experienced GP Receptionists only. Applicants without previous General Practice reception experience will not be considered.
