We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established national provider of clinical waste, sharps disposal, and hygiene services. They’re growing, and they need a dependable MR Driver – Service Technician to join the team in Dandenong South. If you like being out on the road, managing your own run, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit.

What the Role Involves
Driving an MR truck across a set daily run in Melbourne and regional areas
Delivering and collecting 240L and 660L bins, sharps containers, and sanitary units – predominantly in schools
Safely loading, unloading, and manoeuvring waste bins in office
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and keeping the vehicle roadworthy
Completing service records and other documentation accurately
Providing friendly, qualified service to build strong customer relationships




Working a rotating Saturday roster, plus one overnight regional trip per month
Sticking to all health, safety, and environmental procedures

What You’ll Need
MR Driver Licence
12 months’ commercial driving experience
A genuine commitment to secure work practices
Solid communication and customer service skills
Confidence working independently and managing your own workload
A good level of physical fitness
Comfort using mobile devices and electronic paperwork
A Working with Children Check (preferred)
