Edge Clothing Charlestown - Casual Retail Sales Assistant

We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic retail sales assistants to join our new Edge Clothing store in Charlestown, opening early September. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with general retail operations. This is an excellent prospect to gain valuable experience in the retail industry and be part of a dynamic team.

What you'll be doing
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for all customers
Assisting with the day-to-day retail operations, including merchandising, stock management, and cash handling
Maintaining a high level of store presentation and cleanliness
Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Answering customer inquiries and addressing any concerns in a skilled and friendly manner
Ensuring a safe and secure work workplace for both customers and colleagues

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail role, preferably in the fashion or clothing industry




Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
