East Anglia's Children's Hospices is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor for our Cambridge shop. You will support the Shop Manager, supervise volunteers and help maximise income from donated goods, gift aid and eCommerce. The role is part time, with weekend rotation and in office hours.
You will lead by example in customer service, merchandising and shop operations, ensuring targets are met while fostering a supportive volunteer team and robust community ties.
