Job Description
Engage SMEs to document current‑state processes across production, supply chain, finance, and operations
Develop clear SOPs and future‑state process flows aligned to Business Central
Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional design
Support testing phases including UAT, validation, and defect resolution
Drive change management activities and support end‑user training and adoption
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Finance Business Analyst should have:
Proven Senior BA with robust hands‑on Dynamics 365 / Business Central experience
Background in manufacturing or process‑driven environments (understands production workflows)
Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and map end‑to‑end business processes
Experience delivering ERP upgrades or implementations in complex businesses
Confident stakeholder engagement with SMEs and senior leaders (CFO, Ops, IT)
Able to bridge business needs and system design, driving practical, usable outcomes
