INTENSIVE CARE AT HOME is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to join our quick-growing team on a 12-month full time contract. You will lead a large remote ICU/PICU nursing workforce and drive high-quality, client-centred care across our home-based service.

The role requires at least 5 years ICU/PICU experience with postgraduate critical care qualification, plus 2 years NUM/ANUM experience. Travel is required and you will develop policies, rostering, and KPI delivery.
