iDx invites applications for a Medical Receptionist to join our small supportive team across four Hobart clinics (Hobart City, Women’s Imaging, Rosny & Glenorchy). This part time role covers Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with roster flexibility across clinics.
You will handle calls, greet patients, schedule appointments, process invoices and Medicare rebates, and keep registrations up to date while maintaining a welcoming reception area.
