Forsight Australia is seeking a part time Active Support Worker for our Lotus home in Albion Park. You will support clients with a person-centred approach to enhance inclusion, independence and well-being in daily living.
Applicants may hold a Cert III in Disability or be studying toward it, or have at least 6 months' experience. You will need First Aid/ CPR, a valid Australian driver’s licence, the right to work in Australia, and NDIS Worker Screening. Sleepover/night shifts may apply.
