We are seeking a full time, talented and passionate chef to support our head chef and kitchen at a thriving cafe in Sanctuary Cove.

We run a breakfast and smaller lunch menu with operating hours of 6am - 2pm 7 days a week (From time to time we also provide catering and function services).

Experience in cafe and / or breakfast service is highly regarded and weekend availability is essential. Effective communication with staff and owners isparamount. Experience with inventory management / ordering is preferred.

There is also an chance for the right applicant to assist with their touch on the menu as we update seasonally while adhering to a theme of utilising Australian natives throughout our offering (Experience with Australian native ingredients isn’t essential, but a passion for creating and serving delicious, interesting dishes is highly regarded).

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a breakfast Chef in a quick-paced café or restaurant environment
Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating creative, flavourful dishes
Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
