WorkPac is seeking an experienced Mechanical Trade Assistant to join a specialised heavy industrial workshop in Singleton supporting the repair and overhaul of heavy-duty radiators and cooling systems used within the mining industry.

$41.25/hr + Penalties
Monday Friday Optional Saturdays
What You Will Be Doing
Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you will assist with the repair, servicing and refurbishment of heavy-duty cooling components.
Your Duties Will Include
Assisting with radiator and cooling component overhauls.
Disassembling radiators, coolers and associated components.
Inspecting and preparing components for repair.
Cleaning, repairing and reassembling cooling equipment.
Supporting workshop operations while maintaining high safety standards.
What You Will Need
Previous mechanical, workshop, manufacturing or heavy industrial experience.
Experience assisting mechanical trades.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Commitment to safe work practices.
Desirable
LF Forklift Licence.
