The Supreme Court of Victoria’s Funds in Court (FIC) division seeks a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders. You will vet inquiries, direct them to the appropriate section, and support processing of applications in line with FIC policies.
You will maintain excellent telephone etiquette, work with diverse clients including those with ABI or mental health needs, and help build productive communication links across Court Services Victoria.
