Role Overview
Proactively generating and converting recent landlord enquiries from various channels
Delivering polished rental appraisals and confident listing presentations
Managing the onboarding and transition of new managements
Utilizing CRM systems and lead-generation tools to track and nurture prospects
Collaborating closely with the property management and sales teams to maximize results
Achieving monthly growth, conversion, and revenue targets
