We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced After Hours Hospital Coordinatorwith highly developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence to join our hospital.
This is a key leadership position that is accountable for productive and effective operational management of the hospitalafter-hours. The role supports and encompasses clinical care, planning, implementing and evaluating care practices, policy compliance & emergency managementwithin the hospital.
Key Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse Div 1
Experience at ANUM level or above for a minimum of 3 years
Excellent communication, interpersonal & organisational skills
Have a demonstrated knowledge & understanding of accreditation & requirements for certification
Have a positive understanding of continuous improvement, OH&S; and Risk Management
Commitment to optimal patient care, customer service and quality improvement.
