Mona Farm is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Gardener to join our grounds team and help maintain and evolve the landscapes that define the Mona Farm experience. This hands-on role suits someone with solid horticultural knowledge, attention to detail, and pride in high-end gardens and outdoor spaces.
You will work across Mona Farm and sister properties with the grounds team, handling garden maintenance, planting, irrigation management and landscape improvement projects.
