We are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our client’s Moranbah branch, supporting their training department. This is an ongoing, full-time chance based in the office, offering $46.69 per hour plus superannuation.

You’ll play an important role in supporting training, compliance and day-to-day administration, ensuring employee and contractor information is accurate, onboarding requirements are completed, and site processes run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys a busy environment, working across multiple priorities and being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
Raising purchase orders and processing timesheets
Entering and updating employee and contractor information in site systems
Assisting with onboarding documentation, including licences, tickets, medicals and inductions
Preparing site passes and coordinating inductions
Booking travel and accommodation for site employees
Maintaining accurate records through filing,



scanning and data entry
Responding to phone, email and general enquiries
Providing ad hoc administration support to the wider team as required
Learning and applying site systems, policies, procedures and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For:
Previous administration experience, ideally within training, compliance or a site-based environment
Robust organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
High level of accuracy when completing data entry and maintaining records
Confidence learning and working across different computer and site systems
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently when required
A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
