CatholicCare Social Services Hunter-Manning is seeking a Beyond the Gates Caseworker to support vulnerable students at St Catherine's Catholic College, Singleton. The role focuses on targeted case management, outreach and home visits, working within the Wellbeing Team and with partner services to improve student wellbeing and engagement.
The position runs as a temporary full time contract through to August 2027, with some after-hours work and travel across school areas.
