Redland City Council is seeking a Senior Adviser Workplace Relations to join our People and Culture team. You will provide expert industrial and employment relations advice to leaders across the organisation, guiding complex matters including performance, misconduct and disciplinary processes.

You will lead investigations, prepare explicit, defensible advice for senior management, and represent Council in industrial proceedings when required.
