Job Description of Service now Architect for Sydney:
Expertise in implementing ITSM Suite (Incident, Change, Release, Problem), Service Catalog, Service Portal.
Expertise in customizing service now tool using Business rules, Clients Scripts, Script includes
Solid experience in implementing custom dashboards/integrating reporting tools and CRM apps
Experience in implementing discovery, service mapping suite.
Experience in integrating third party applications using REST/SOAP methodologies
Positive background knowledge of hosting services (both cloud and on-perm)
Transparent concepts of compute workloads in physical, virtual and cloud environment
Some knowledge of Unix based Operating System and monitoring tools.
Good background knowledge of data networks (LAN, WAN, routing, switching and interconnects). Also, TCP/IP model and network layer.
