The Prospect:
Support the Business Director & General Manager
As the successful Marketing Senior Account Manager, you will manage and mentor a team of hard-working marketers to roll out national marketing, shopper, POS & activations campaigns within the beverage, retail and lifestyle industries
Key client contact on various national client (liquor, retail & confectionary) projects
Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of project deliverables; ensures deliverables are client-ready!
Oversee and develop all client financial billings/ monthly projections for review with the GM
You're up-to-speed with agency processes, shopper and experiential marketing protocols
Plus, managing and forecasting budgets!
Making informed decisions and meeting tight client deadlines




Run key client meetings and key presentations.

You:
Currently living in Sydney or Melbourne
5+ years of agency and/or client-side experience in advertising, marketing, sales promotion or shopper marketing experience is ideal!
Previous experience using multi-touchpoint communication programs is ideal
Knowledge and/or passion for shopper marketing & promotions!
Able to work in a quick-paced, highly creative agency!
Confident, articulate and calm under pressure
Works well independently & also, as part of a team
Excellent decision-making & problem-solving skills and prompt responses to changing situations
