Java developer and support consultant Job Description:
Design, implement and manage continual improvements to the IT Development and Support process, with a focus on working within an Agile support workplace.
Developing web application using Java 8, Spring, Spring MVC and Oracle Troubleshooting the web applications hosted in Tomcat and monitoring the application using monitoring tools.
Experience in JIRA, Bitbucket, TeamCity and Octopus tools
Responsibility of IT application support and coordinating with offshore team, including hands-on overseeing responsibilities when needed.
Responsible for client facing support and other functions related to Application setting
Ticket Management, Service Requests, SLA management, Service management, Major Incident Management, On call support and other key app support activities
Skillsets: 5+ years experience, with application development/support background preferably Java background. Solid IT management, with focus on Apps, SDLC Excellent communication skills Good to have .NET background.
