Role
Working closely with Directors and project teams, you will lead projects while contributing to studio leadership and client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading complex architectural projects through all stages
Managing clients, consultants, and project teams
Overseeing design quality and technical documentation
Mentoring architects and graduate team members
Supporting business development and client engagement
Contributing to studio leadership and project strategy
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings:
Extensive experience within an Australian architecture practice
Architectural registration
Strong project leadership capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A team-oriented leadership style and passion for mentoring others
