We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a growing financial planning practice in Merimbula. This is a excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced adviser and play an important role in delivering a high level of service to clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the adviser with day-to-day client service and administration
Preparing client files, forms, reports and documentation
Assisting with SOAs and ROAs
Managing the implementation of financial advice
Preparing and following up investment, superannuation, retirement and insurance applications
Maintaining accurate client information in XPLAN
Assisting with XPLAN and Xtools+ cash flow modelling
Liaising with product providers and insurers
Following up outstanding applications and implementation requirements
Assisting with research and preparation of recommendations
Preparing reports and client meeting documents
Providing a high level of professional and responsive client service
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in financial planning administration or client services
Strong advice implementation experience
Experience using XPLAN
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Robust communication and client service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
RG146 is advantageous
What's On Offer:
$75,000-$90,000 + super, depending on experience
