Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Certified CRM Analytics Consultant is a plus.
Expertise in Lightning Report Builder for creating tabular, summary, matrix, and joined reports with advanced grouping, filtering, and cross-filters to analyze Salesforce data effectively.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
