Exposure in B2B solution selling (freight, logistics or supply chain ideal, but not essential)
A track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
Commercial acumen and the ability to understand and solve complex customer needs
Adaptable communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
A hunger and maturity to realise what is possible with a diverse mix of customers
Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a team
