Cafe Chef (Australian Café Experience Required)
Location: Petersham, NSW
Employment Type: Full time
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Australian café breakfast and lunch dishes.
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
Ensure food safety and kitchen hygiene at all times.
Manage prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness.
Work efficiently during busy service periods.
Assist with menu development and daily specials when required.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a café chef in Australia.
Robust knowledge of Australian café-style breakfast and brunch.
Ability to cook eggs in all styles, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, pasta, steaks, and other café favourites.
Experience with food preparation, ordering, and stock control.
Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
