Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM Start) – Long-term roster

We are seeking a Production Assistant with a valid LF Forklift License for a paint manufacturer in Minto.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, run, and monitor chemical mixing and paint production machinery.
Drive LF forklifts to move raw materials, stage lines, and transport finished stock.
Use hand and power tools for machine adjustments and line changeovers.
Perform quality and batch checks to ensure precise color matching.
Follow SOPs and keep a clean, secure workspace.

What You Need
Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or factory setting.
Current Australian LF Forklift License (Required).
Solid attention to detail and confidence using basic hand/power tools.
Stable, long-term work with career progression.
