Your role will include
Lead and encourage a small team of dedicated therapists, promote a positive and collaborative workplace.
Support new graduate and junior therapists, assisting in training, providing mentorship and educational programs.
Work closely with leadership and management to contribute to the growth and development.
About You
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with at least two years of experience
Full clean drivers license and vehicle
AHPRA Registered
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
