We're looking for a Licensed Electrician with SAA solar and battery accreditation as well as 3rd and 4th year apprentices who want to do their best work in a company that actually values it.

$130,000 + super — paid to reflect what a outstanding tradesperson is worth.
$80-90k for 3rd/4th year apprentices

The role
As Team Leader, you'll lead a crew of installers on premium residential solar and battery projects across South East Queensland. You'll be hands-on,
you'll own the quality of every job you lead, and you'll have the full backing of an experienced Installation Manager and a business that runs tight operationally.
Day to day you'll be:
Leading your crew on residential solar and battery installations
Completing QC sign-off on every job to Paramount Energy standards
Managing site safety and ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and CEC guidelines
Working across a variety of system types and configurations on quality homes
Driving to our Newstead office and using our work truck for installations
What we're looking for
Queensland Electrical Licence (essential)
SAA Solar and Battery accreditation (essential)" "
