Join a council-facing ERP program delivering real operational outcomes.
This contract role focuses on enhancing and optimising a OneCouncil platform across Finance and Assets/Works. You will blend deep TechnologyOne CES functional expertise with strong business analysis capability to shape requirements, configure solutions and support delivery through to handover.

A cross-functional applications and delivery team, partnering closely with business module owners and coordinating with vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Gather and document business requirements and translate into functional specifications
Configure and support TechnologyOne CES modules (Finance, Procurement, Asset Management)
Provide functional solution design input, including process improvements and optimisation
Support testing activities including UAT planning, defect triage and go-live readiness
Coordinate with vendors to align delivery to agreed designs and quality expectations
Produce handover documentation and support operational transition
We are looking for someone with:
Strong TechnologyOne CES functional experience, ideally across Finance and Assets/Works (and/or Procurement)
Demonstrated BA capability - workshops, process mapping, requirements definition and stakeholder management
Experience supporting integrations and associated delivery activities (ERP integration exposure)
Confidence supporting UAT, cutover readiness and post-implementation support
Local government or council ERP setting experience is highly desirable
